We are always looking to acquire land in Cape Breton and eastern Nova Scotia.
We are interested in waterfront properties (ocean, lake and river) as well as farm land, wood land, small parcels and blueberry land. We do not purchase properties with houses unless the house value constitutes a small portion of the total price.
